Dear Mrs Stan, I would like urgently correct the transaltion about the green walnut preserve on page 219 which is wrongly translated into English as hazelnut instead of walnut. This is one of my favourite Romanian treats, not to be found in other cuisines, and I would hate for someone to try to make it and not succeed. I picked up the book looking for a reliable cozonac recipe, but didn't get to it yet.

I purchased this because my daughter-in-law is Romanian, and I wanted to be able to cook some of these recipes for her. Great book! Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in learning to cook foods from different cultures!
